For many years Tumlare has handled all of the arrangements for some of the biggest sporting names in the world.

Tumlare Sport specialises in the detailed and precise arrangements required by sporting teams travelling to both games, tournaments, and training camps.

We have handled many major football teams playing cross Europe in the pan European tournaments taking care of all arrangements for the teams, fans, sponsors and press with individual programmes and hotels to suit each.

Tumlare Sport will ensure that the team hotels are adequately briefed on training requirements, special meals, private rooms and special check-in and check-out requirements and equipped with the necessary fitness and leisure facilities.

Sponsors hotels will, similarly, be required to cater differently providing a wide range of extras and we

will provide exciting pre and post programmes of dining and entertainment.

Tumlare Sport arranges all separate ground transportation for sponsors to and from the venues, arranging individual services as and when required.

Special arrangements can also be made to ensure smooth check-in arrangements at Airports both on arrival and departure. Should a dedicated aircraft be required from team and/or sponsors, this can be easily arranged. Through its wealth of contacts, Tumlare Sport can charter any size of aircraft from anywhere to anywhere.
